Do you travel out to remote properties and stations?
Absolutely. It's what we do. Remote and rural work is our bread and butter. Road or air, we're specialists in remote projects - distance isn't the problem, getting the job done right is the point.
How soon can you get to us?
Depends on where you are and what's already booked, but we'll give you a straight answer, and not leave you hanging. Get in touch and we'll let you know a realistic timeframe.
Can you do fully off-grid systems?
Absolutely. We specialise in off-grid solar systems designed for properties without grid power. From homes and sheds to bores and remote sites, we build reliable solar, battery, and backup generator systems tailored to your needs.
Is the battery rebate over?
No, it is still running. Funding has been extended to 2030, but rebate amounts are gradually reducing as demand grows. It's still worth taking advantage of, and booking sooner can help maximise your rebate. Give us a call and we'll let you know what your system qualifies for.
Both! We supply, install and set up complete systems, and we can sort out DIY install kits too if you'd rather get your hands dirty.

Do you charge for quotes, or is it obligation free?
Our quotes are 100% free. All of our quotes are completely free and obligation-free.
We'll take the time to understand your requirements and provide a detailed quote at no cost. You're under no obligation to proceed with the work unless you choose to. The quote only becomes an accepted agreement once you sign and return it to us. Until then, you're free to take your time, ask questions, or decide not to proceed - there's absolutely no pressure.
Do you offer warranty on your work?
Often, yes. The Mini runs on a nominal 30V, so on a 12V vehicle (most cars and light 4WDs) you'll usually want a booster for a reliable connection. Some 24V trucks can run it without one. Tell us your setup and we'll spec the right gear.

All work completed by South West Tech is backed by a workmanship warranty, and any products we supply are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty. If something isn't right because of our workmanship, we'll make it right. Warranty periods may vary depending on the type of work or product supplied, and our team will explain any applicable warranty details when providing your quote or completing your job.
